Coronation Chicken Salad
The perfect light lunch for the summer months.
Place the chia seeds, salt, almond milk, maple syrup and protein powder in a bowl and mix thoroughly to remove any lumps of protein power. Transfer to a pot or leave in the bowl then place in the fridge overnight.
Spoon over the biscoff spread and top with the raspberries to serve.
