5 tips to sustain fat loss
Losing body fat can feel like an uphill struggle at times. The key is making it sustainable.
Mix the oats, milk, protein powder and mixed spice together in a bowl then stir in half of the yoghurt. Place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight until thickened.
Serve with the remaining yoghurt, cranberries and flaked almonds.
You could make a few batches of this. It will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
You can use the same amount of fat-free or low-fat yoghurt if preferred.
Feel free to top the oats with any preferred dried fruit.
