Chunky Fish Finger Sandwich
Fish finger sandwich for the win! You can't beat it, give it a try.
Preheat the grill to high and line a baking tray with foil. Mix the honey, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, olive oil and spices together in a large bowl. Add the pork and toss to coat. Lay the pork on the lined tray and pour the excess marinade into a small pan.
Grill the pork for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly, until lightly charred and cooked through. Set aside to rest. Meanwhile bring the marinade to a boil then cook for 3 minutes until thick and glossy. Spoon over the pork and leave to cool slightly.
Bring a pan of water to the boil, add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Add the pak choi and cook for a further 2 minutes then drain thoroughly. Drizzle over the sesame oil then tip into a bowl. Slice the pork and serve with the noodles.
