Avocado Toast with Chilli Salmon

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 50g avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 50g quark
  • 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 80g hot smoked salmon fillet
  • 10g sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 lemon wedge, to serve

Method

Mash the avocado and quark together and spread over the toast.

Break the salmon fillet over the avocado, drizzle with sweet chilli sauce and finish with a squeeze of lemon.

Tip

  • You can swap the quark for the same amount of yoghurt.
