Chicken Mayo Wrap

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1/4 tsp roasted garlic paste
  • 40g mayonnaise
  • 2 tortilla wraps
  • 120g cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 100g tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced into half moons
  • 1 handful baby gem lettuce leaves

Method

In a small bowl, mix the garlic paste with the mayonnaise.

Spread the mix over the tortilla then add in the rest of the ingredients.

Roll up the wraps and serve or pop in a lunch box for later.

Tips

This one is great for getting ahead. Double up on ingredients and make a second wrap for your lunch box.

Roasted garlic paste is sold in most supermarkets but if you can’t find it, you can swap it for normal garlic paste, just add a tiny amount and taste as you go.
