Avocado and Black Bean Eggs
This is a banging high protein breakfast recipe.

Flatten the chicken between two pieces of baking paper. Dust it with the flour before dipping in the egg white. Season the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper then press onto the chicken to cover it.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium to high heat. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden, crispy and cooked through.
Cook the spaghetti to pack instructions in a pan of salted water then drain and stir through the passata. Season to taste then slice the chicken and serve on top of the spaghetti. Finish by sprinkling over the parmesan.
