Retrain your gut to be Fibre-Fit
Dr Megan Rossi discusses how important fibre is in your diet and how to become Fibre-Fit.
Place the almond milk, cocoa powder, protein powder and maple syrup in a blender and blend until smooth.
Mix the liquid with the chia seeds in a bowl or pot and place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight until set.
Top the chia bowl with the chocolate spread and the raspberries and finish with a small sprinkle of flaky salt (optional).
