Dr Megan Rossi's Berry Yoghurt Clusters
These easy-to-make gut-loving yoghurt clusters are the perfect, healthy treat.
Mix the oats, milk, protein powder and mixed spice together in a bowl then stir in half of the yoghurt. Place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight until thickened.
Serve with the remaining yoghurt, cranberries and flaked almonds.
You could make a few batches of this. It will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
You can use the same amount of fat-free or low-fat yoghurt if preferred.
Feel free to top the oats with any preferred dried fruit.
