Use the in-app planner to plan your meals and workouts. There are hundreds of recipes to choose from – all tailored to your body – plus everything from HIIT to strength, Pilates, yoga, and more.

Remember, it's not always easy to stay motivated, but consistency is what counts most. Try to show up every day, even when your energy is low. On the days you’re feeling demotivated, think about how you’ll feel at the end of that workout, or after cooking a tasty homemade dinner.
