Moussaka me! This recipe takes a bit longer but you get a few portions and it tastes amazing.
Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions. Meanwhile heat the oil in a large frying pan, season the chicken with salt and pepper then fry in until golden brown. Add the garlic and ham to the pan and fry for a couple of minutes.
Drain the pasta, reserving a little of the cooking water. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the chicken and ham and toss to coat.
Put a little of the pasta water into a liquidiser with the cottage cheese and a pinch of salt and blend until smooth.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the cheese sauce and toss to coat.
