It’s about balance this Christmas season
My advice is try and stay active, but ultimately, Christmas is a little break for us all.

Our lives are busier than ever and it can often be hard to prioritise ourselves and our health and fitness.
So what if we could help employees find a bit of time for themselves during the work day?
I'm on a mission to revolutionise workplace wellness by inspiring the nation to think about how we can support employees to be more active.
So, in a bid to boost the health of the nation's workforce and open people's eyes to the possibilities of when we can move our bodies, I'm launching the UK's first Movement Hour.
I want business leaders and owners across the country to pledge to give employees an hour off in March to move their bodies during the working day to prioritise their physical and mental health.
The Movement Hour will take place on 5 March 2025 from 3-4pm, but if that time doesn't suit your company, I'd encourage you – or your business – to find a time that does.
I know it won’t be easy for some businesses or workplaces to participate, but even if you can only commit to 20 minutes, or do an hour across the week, that will still have a massive impact. It’s about the commitment to resetting workplace habits, and prioritising health as well as wealth.
To join the Movement Hour, visit the page on our website. Businesses that sign up will have access to a series of downloadable assets in early 2025.
Together, we can help boost employees' physical and mental health for them to be fitter, healthier and happier. Let's go 😃
